What this looks like on your asset
An e-house compresses a substation or control room into a module that arrives on site already working. The value is entirely in what happens before delivery: integration, cabling, earthing and testing done under workshop conditions rather than in the weather, at height, against a construction clock.
We take the electrical room as a single scope — structure, switchgear and MCCs, control systems, HVAC, lighting, fire detection, cable management and earthing — and prove the assembly at factory acceptance testing before it is dispatched.
On site the module is placed, hooked up and commissioned, which shortens the critical path and moves a large block of risk off the construction programme.
